Prevention of influenza: ventilation and washing hands

City, CDC experts have warned that people should pay attention to hygiene, washing hands frequently to prevent the influenza viruses.
Experts say the recent heavy rains consecutive city weather, hot temperatures, large temperature changes. The arrival of summer, the public increasing the use of air conditioning. The city marked increase in cases of common cold, to the spread of influenza, an opportunity to capitalize.
Experts suggest that should maintain good personal and environmental hygiene, washing hands frequently, using soap or hand sanitizer, and wash hands with running water; attention to strengthening the physical exercise, balanced diet, adequate rest and avoid fatigue; home several times a day and ventilation windows, to keep indoor air fresh; sneezing or coughing, use a handkerchief or tissue when you cover your mouth and nose to prevent droplet contamination of others; influenza patients at home or when they go out wearing masks to avoid infecting others.
People over 60 years old, the chronically ill and infirm persons, medical and health agency staff, particularly frontline staff, pupils and kindergarten children, the best to influenza vaccination. Room and public places should be more ventilation, individuals should wash their hands to enhance outdoor activities, fewer trips to crowded places. Once a flu patient, the patient to wear a mask as soon as possible to the hospital for treatment, and family separation.
Schools, collective units to enhance classrooms, dormitories and other student gathering places for ventilation to ensure that recess time to help students avoid fatigue; students, teachers or staff, such as suffering from respiratory disease, should seek medical treatment as soon as possible, and stay at home or hostel rest in order to avoid infecting others. Students should pay attention to work and rest during the final exam to ensure that sleep time, avoid fatigue; pay attention to personal hygiene, wash hands frequently and maintain a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, adequate exercise and enhance resistance.
